This is a great site with all kinds of goodies to do with reading, writing, and the general enjoyment of language. Includes a lively discussion forum, a journal on the development of the site, and the opportunity for members to write articles.
Expatriana
The online home of a new quarterly publication for expatriates (first issue comes out in January 2005). According to their Mission Statement, Expatriana is intended "to encourage expatriates to write about their experiences, to encourage more people to try living in a foreign country, and to provide expatriates with quality reading material."
